Customized PR strategy playbook
A customized strategy playbook is developed for each client. The PR playbook outlines the brand’s winning aspiration and strategic choices (where to play and how to win). The playbook marks the foundation for all our work and PR activities for our client to ensure synergy and impactful results. All activities listed below are customized and prioritized according to the brand’s aspiration for the Scandinavian market and the individual customized PR strategy playbook.

Showroom and sample service
Each season, collection samples are displayed in an inspirational and vibrant space in our charming Østerbro-based showroom and organized for lend-out to relevant media. Through seasonal press days and pre-collection presentations, we increase the visibility of our brands and ensure heavy traffic to our showroom from key Scandinavian media. Mørch PR has previously hosted press days in Oslo in addition to the press days in our showroom in Copenhagen.

Digital press room
The purpose of the Mørch PR digital press room is to share the latest news and stories from our brands to the Scandinavian press. Via our digital press room, we strive for enhancing key production processes for both online platforms and magazines – and proactively seek feedback on how to further develop our digital services to improve work flow for our press contacts. We provide newsletters, inspirational send-outs and image bank incl. brand profiles, look books, etc.

Customer insights and behavior
Deep insights about the end-user, beliefs and shopping experiences lay the foundation for our strategic recommendations and suggested PR activities. Our understanding of the customers’ behavior builds on insights from focus groups, in-depth interviews, quantitative studies, trend-spotting, etc. We also conduct brand association exercises in order to truly understand our client’s brand position among target customers in Scandinavia.

Events and launches
Mørch PR handle all events related to our client’s development in Scandinavia. We organize and facilitate customer and other intimate social events that create buzz and encourage customer engagement. Event activities include: idea development, planning, guest list, invitations and all press-related tasks. Mørch PR has extended experience with customized costumer events, such as launches / re-launches, co-labs, store openings, pop-ups, etc.

Storytelling
Through product placement, intriguing interviews and scene-setting features in magazines and online, we strive for reaching the end-user and positioning our clients according to their defined winning aspiration. The fundamental idea is to communicate the unique story behind each of our brands by treasuring the various traits that make up the brand’s DNA and design universe. We focus on proactive media outreach in order to raise brand awareness for our clients and create an emotional connection with their target customer.

Social media strategy and influencer marketing
Mørch PR also provide strategic counseling in social media management. We help our brand improve online visibility and engage with the end-user on social media platforms. We work with content production, visual identity and other PR initiatives that create a buzz for your brand. Further, we value working with brand ambassadors and influential bloggers in Scandinavia as it establishes a connection between the brand and the end-user on different online platforms.
